Visitors and new hashers (virgins), we start meeting at the listed times and start hashing a half hour later. Time for a quick beer.

New hashers or visitors, many hashes are back yards or parks. Outside. Be prepared for the current weather.  We occasionally charge up to $10 for hash cash. Hash Cash money usually goes entirely to beer, but might include costs for food. HARES: Please get your locations updated ASAP but at least a week to 10 days in advance so we can publish them. Helps attendance.
Hashing has always been open to anyone. Hares: If you can't invite all hashers to "your" hash, perhaps you should postpone "your" hash to when you can. Simply put, if you can't invite all, don't invite any. These are "our" hashes and should be open to all at all times. If you don't know how to make this work, ask us.

The Tale of the Trail
Wed Apr 24, 2024, The Whiskey Wednesday Hash.  Dickens Cider hared with the best intentions, from Best Intentions for 5 hounds. Trail started out real good as this hare is experienced and sneaky. And about 4 blocks into trail we actually had a loop and crossed trail. Alright, that was once and I kept watching for more. And after taking advantage of that first one I started falling back and missed several chances for a short cut that would be due to the tight turning back and forth of trail. I'm just a little to damn slow. Finally the trail headed towards the 606 trail. And a Check. Going east a block I caught up to the pack at the first beer/whiskey stop. But there is no rest for old slow bastards and we were off and running on the 606. And by the time I got to the exit they were long gone. So it was following trail, the usual kind, right, left, right, left, until I came to the second beer/whiskey stop. I got a little longer wait here before we took off south and west and west and north until we got to the Dickens Candyland Castle. We quickly adjourned upstairs and made a perfect six pack around the hares dining room table. And the circle commenced, a casual sitting circle, and then the telling of tall tales until the old married farts had to leave. Hounds were Horn-E, Peace Corp Whore, Meat Inside Her, Berts Special Friend and Garmin.

Thu. Apr 25, 2024, The Thristday Hash, La Shartistie laid trail from Parrots for 8 Hounds. Trail headed west and south and south and I was barely able to keep Ice Princess in sight. But I caught a short cut at Sheffield and caught the pack. And then I immediately lost them as they again headed south from a Check. Now following Ice Princess and Cumming Right Meow, I eventually lost them as trail again headed east and then Just Todd caught up to me. Happens at good Checks. But he is soon gone and I followed on and on and on. Finally a Beer Near mark. About a few locks to the park. Okay. Only it wasn't. First south and then east to the park and I finally got to the Beer stop by the lagoon. south of the gazebo. And here we circled. Yeah, a mob of football fans in the bar interfered with our circling there. So we had a short circle and then it was straight back to the bar. A long walk/run. But the party was on. Other hounds included Hot Mess Bench Press, Bit On The Clit In Texas, Garmin, and I Killed Todd

Sat, Apr 27, 2024, The RagTime Hash, Bit On The Clit In Texas hared from 2145 W. 19th St. A Harriets hash, brunch and Champagne drunk fest. I haven't heard what happened so I assume it was a success and no one was sober enough to tell what happened.

Sun. Apr 28, 2024. 2:00pm The Chicago Hash. Garmin hared from Raven's for 11 hounds for a tour of his new neighborhood. We've seen it. I got in back right from the start on a narrow sidewalk and behind four walkers. Menage A Twat, who can only walk these days. But still comes on out. Back Door Bizzle who is walking with $20 Butt Stuff, Lost her Penis who is on bum knees at the moment and a visitor, Brokeback Switch Bitch from Dallas who has her own running issues and wasn't up for it today. But they came out on a beautiful day. Where were you? That left seven running hounds. Well, five runners and two old joggers still trying. As I hit Fullerton, a half block from the start, the only runner I still saw was Lower Wackoff. And in a few blocks I lost him. The trail was mostly swept. Thanks. So I ran/jogged on. Sleepy Num Nums was probably out of sight of everyone by then. Two harriets not seen in a while, Just Jackie and Cumming To You Live On A Boy Scout were running in tandem. Come on back out. And Bottom Wrangler and SnatchSquatch were sort of running together and not and back again. Trail headed over to OZ Park and around it giving our visitor a few nice pics of statues. Then it headed south from Armitage on a real long street. I decided to try and out guess the hare for a short cut and it worked. I just headed over to Larrabee and looked for trail. Found it a a little short cut, but Lower Wackoff was still out of sight. We then headed over towards Armitage and Clark for a Check. This led to a loop around the Zoo and that damn long straight on Cannon Drive. Brokeback Switch Bitch was here on a quickie tourist stop and before the hash I mentioned the nearby zoo. But the hare said his trail didn't go through it. He was afraid of making marks in the zoo. Blue chalk doesn't look anything like Anthrax. It would have made a nice finish to the Beer Stop which was just south of Fullerton and the Zoo. So there we gathered and finally started circle just before Back Door Bizzle finally walked On In. A short circle with many songs including lknd & @#$%$, & PIBNYT which really pleased the parents walking by with their toddlers who didn't know what the words meant anyhow. Then it was back to Ravens for an On On On and Horn-E grabbed the visitor and took her over to the Zoo for a quick look before closing. We then rejoined the pack in Ravens. On Out
